Nowadays, you can go to most stores and find a variety of gluten free bread crumbs.   In 2009, I tried a few as I initially eliminated gluten from my diet, but I always felt like they either had too many other ingredients that I did not want to eat, cost way too much money, or it didn’t taste quite right.  Choices were limited back then.  I believe that some of the products available on the market today offer greater variety in textures, tastes, and ingredients.  However, while I was waiting for better options to come on the market, I discovered an inexpensive and super easy way to make my own.  So, for those of you who don’t like your options at the store, here is a super easy recipe.
