Since I am featuring cauliflower this week, I wanted to give you a few recipes to try.  This recipe is fast, easy, and delicious.  If you are looking for a way to get cauliflower into your diet, or even your child’s diet, this is a good place to start.  It is mild in flavor, has a breadcrumb topping, and pairs well with many other foods such as meats, fish, and other vegetable dishes.

  • Delicious! I made a few changes/substitutions based on what I had. On top of the cauliflower I drizzled a little extra virgin olive oil, garlic powder and gluten free bread crumbs. It makes a great tasty side dish and alternative to rice and potatoes!
